Low Carbon Advisors is deeply commercial in our approach. We tackle complexity and synthesise it into clear, actionable decarbonisation insights, messages and delivery roadmaps.
We can work alongside your in-house Sustainability teams, building on existing data and minimizing new data requests. Insights are gained from existing plans and reports and a limited number of interviews with key operational managers and the supporting Sustainability team.
We act as an extra set of eyes to help management assess whether current plans and strategy consultant proposals are adequate in the context of a rapidly evolving external environment, new regulatory pressures and changing customer and stakeholder expectations.
